But it’s certainly no secret that pregnancy and motherhood changes your body. For many new moms, this can add a lot of stress to an already stressful life adjustment.

At Libby, we believe that moms should take a two-pronged approach to her changed body: 1) Love and accept the changes in your body without feeling stressed out or self-conscious – these changes are natural! 2) Create the time you need to take care of yourself by doing yoga, jogging, swimming or whatever physical activity gives you the most benefit and makes you feel good!

Whether you start out by taking a short walk or simply doing some yoga at home, remember that making some “you time” a priority each day makes you a healthier, happier, more relaxed parent. And that is just what your baby needs.

With Libby, we make it easy for you to leave your baby for a few minutes each day at first, and then in longer periods too so you can take care of your body and feel good about being a new mom – in your way, on your schedule – while knowing your baby is well taken care of too!
